What do you like about working at Ernest Communications?
"The location was great and I really enjoyed some of my coworkers . The founders and CEO (I think that was her title) were decent people with very good intentions ."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask a lot of questions, make sure you get everything in writing . Beware the Owners are nice people but many of their trusted managers do not have the same desire to treat their employees right."
What don't you like about working at Ernest Communications?
"The middle mangers treated employees poorly . Middle management was constantly undermining each other . Nepotism was rampant in this company. There is a huge lack of communications issue between departments. The pay was not that great and the benefits package was very expensive. Very poor training program."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management needs to get more hands on with their directors and supervisors . Provide a better benefits package for your employees."

What do you like about working at NextGen Healthcare?
"I enjoyed travelling and learning new things. The Implementation team is great and they really work together. If you have a question, you just email the group and several people will answer it for you very quickly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They like people with great personalities, so be friendly and outgoing."
What don't you like about working at NextGen Healthcare?
"They have a company policy that you pay for the majority of your travel up front and they reimburse you. Reimbursement during my time at the company took up to 6 week and usually 3 weeks at the least. Meanwhile, your credit card payment is due and you are carrying the company's debt."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give your travelling employees a corporate card or pay for their travel up front. I loved working for NextGen, but I couldn't afford to keep paying travel out of my pocket and trying to juggle expenses."

"Great employees, great teamwork, Is good to work with the employees"

"Do a good research about the company and talk with ex employees and current employees before making the decision."

"Lack of commitment from the company to employees, expensive health benefits, no retirement plan. Required"

"Need to have a better incentives for employees and better safety for traveling"

"Annoying Meme's it becomes a very hostile work environment for most people who don't find it fun talking down on people."

"MAke sure you could talk a lot of smack on people. You will get along if your indifferent to people, and have low moral value."

"IT's very hard to get along with the current people. Rumors will get out before they know you."

"I would have made this place a little more welcoming."

"Perks and freebees. Most of the lower level staff are dedicated and friendly, hard working and helpful."

"Give the expected answers. They want to check if you're the kind of person who will be enthusiastically about your job. Demonstrate a willingness to put a positive spin on negatives and the ability to project conviction is key to success."
What don't you like about working at Party City?
"Management and decision making are politicized and fragmented resulting in contradictory and impossible directions. Rewards and success are not related to merit or job performance because manager rewards are based on politics above not performance below. Doing something obviously poorly, or stupid or even bad/evil to keep your job is common."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think management has to spend all it's effort on fulfilling directives of higher ups (C-level execs) and is not free to act on suggestions of their own or others. Mangers are working under takeover focused execs who want to quickly drive down costs and increasing short term stock market performance. If objectives are not met, politics will determine each mangers success or dismissal."

"Be definitive on what you actually want and when. Don't change direction unless absolutely necessary."

"Stepping-stone company, not a career choice, deceptive and uncaring management."
What do you like about working at Apptix?
"The employees are fantastic, all hard workers, all team players, all of them incredibly smart."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a stepping-stone company, no place for a career. With below industry standard pay increases and scales, you'll likely take a pay cut coming here, and spend a few years just trying to make up for lost ground. Promotion is almost non-existent, and you will have to deal with promises left unfulfilled by management."
What don't you like about working at Apptix?
"Management is poor, deceptive, and generally uncaring of their employees concerns (my way or the highway). Pay raises are below standard of living increases, and pay scales are customer support, and not technical support, pay scales. Benefits at time of hire were good, but have steadily been eroded."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Value your employees, they get the work done. Instead of looking for ways to take from your employees, look to give. Management should not get any bonus if their employees get no bonuses, hard to justify no annual bonuses for employees when the execs are getting 50k+ bonuses yearly and driving lambos."

"I havent worked at Invous in a little over 2 years. What I like about Inovus is they give you room to grow and prove your self as an employee"

"Just be honest in your interview. Make sure you show and prove, that's a good way to move forward in any company."

"The assignment was to short, I wish I had more time with the company."

"I liked being a pivitol point for the region and vital hub for all financial matters. My knowledge was respected by vendors peers."

"Avoid friendships as they lead to problems and politics. Just do your job and don't be afraid to go to HR if you truly feel it is justified."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"People are just numbers and there are heavy politics and back-stabbing."

"Remember that the people under get you to where you are and keep you there. Nothing happens without the little man and they are people too. They sacrifice with little recognition."
