"There was a great deal of travel involved. I also liked many of the other fellow employees"

"They are looking for a very detail oriented person who has inside and outside sales skills"

What don't you like about working at IMEX Packaging?

"The owner and micromanagment. However, the support structure was excellent and training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If problems arise address them with the employee before problems become a great deal of problems. Employees want to work for hard for you. Help them if they need help. Letting them go without the chance to improve and correct problems is not how you shoudl run a company"
