"fast paced atmosphere meant we were always working on different projects. It kept us on our toes which was a good thing and a bad thing."

"Understand the process of the company before committing. It seems glamorous in many ways, but there is a lot of tension between departments and you must be able to manage time and people to succeed."
What don't you like about working at Institute for International Research?
"The process lacked innovation and felt like a repeated process every year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get in the mud a little more and try and understand what was happening with the managers at a deeper level. Staying out of the bullpen meant we were constantly faced with unattainable goals which was demoralizing."
