"I'm comfortable with the people I work with, the paycheck, the location, and the recognition from my boss I get for my work."

"I would tell them that knowledge of the gambling industry and games is not required but it is helpful."

What don't you like about working at International Game Technology?

"The processes for some things are broken. Leadership and a clear view of where we're going with projects is sometimes lacking. This causes all kinda of frustration."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Things change a lot in the industry but it would be nice to have a plan that we could really stick to."
