"The work I did was actually interesting and new. It is a growing market and companies need the product."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Move on!!! I signed a non-compete with them that is keeping me from working anywhere in the country, for anyone that has a similar product, in any position, for 2 years. I don't have the $ to fight it and they have threatened to litigate with me and a company I was just interviewing with."
What don't you like about working at I.D. Systems?
"Long mandatory hours. Low compensation with big promises. High turnover rate. Poor QA process means unstable product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe you should do something to keep the people that know the product. I know this company is top heavy and management is over compensated."
