"Employee Beware!!! This firm is an absolute disgrace to Chicago's legal industry. The department has high staff turnover with no reserves for innovation. System designed for you to fail and look like a horrible employee to keep and promote more seasoned staff along with raises. Compensation is way below market standards and the firm penny pinch in every way possible. Job security here would be an understatement. If you are a suck up ("yes sir master") you will succeed here."

"I worked for Ice Miller for a very long time. My bosses and coworkers became a large part of my life over the years. They appreciated me and I appreciated them. I felt deep loyalty with this firm and took pride of the work I did in all the different areas and departments that I worked with. Sadly, I left the firm to move to Texas because of my husband's job. While I sure don't miss the winters in Indiana, I sure miss the great people at this wonderful law firm."
