"Old technology, not very portable, and management was a different class than those doing the actual work. Further, the performance review system is horribly flawed. Don't expect a fair shake."

"You are required to learn supported products sometimes on your own when required to best fulfill customer requirements. This can cause some stress but I've always seemed to gravitate to jobs that require quick but accurate answers. This has given me a degree of trust in my judgment."

"The same answer that most of my colleagues agree with. More training."
