"Old technology, not very portable, and management was a different class than those doing the actual work. Further, the performance review system is horribly flawed. Don't expect a fair shake."

"The team with whom I worked; we worked on the toughest team (Server downs for massive corporation - pressure cooker,) and that built a tight rapport."

"Never stop looking for your next job within the company because the longer you linger, the longer you will linger."

"Success, growth and improvement were stultified by a burdening amount of management."

"The pleasure of working with the best iSeries people in the world. Always new challenges with never knowing what problem you will encounter daily."

"You are required to learn supported products sometimes on your own when required to best fulfill customer requirements. This can cause some stress but I've always seemed to gravitate to jobs that require quick but accurate answers. This has given me a degree of trust in my judgment."

"The same answer that most of my colleagues agree with. More training."
