"Company getting away from some of its strengths and original values."

"Don't micro manage the budget."

"Lousy pay, demoralizing treatment of employees by management, little job security, limited career advancement opportunities."

"I worked really hard here and still did not progress much. It's a tough environment for junior staff."

"It helps to be referred in or transferred through another IBM location."

"Politics can get very nasty here."

"Please be more honest with your line level workers who are giving everything they've got for the project."

"I cannot recall anything, as I liked everything about them. I enjoyed and learned every moment with IBM."

"If you look around and everyone working around you is in his/her 20s, you have to wonder what will happen to you when grow older."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"The skill you learned there is not used anywhere else. Which means you will not be marketable if you are chopped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When all engineering jobs are shipped overseas, our job situation will be like Hawaii, lots of labor, but no money. It may seem good for the employer at first, but a country of all low skill labor is not what America wants to be. You can't have high skill labor if all high paying jobs are shipped overseas."

"I worked with some of the best people. However, many were laid off."

"Learn about IBM tooling."

"Employees are treated like cannon fodder."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Outsourcing isn't the only answer for an American company."

"Very flexible time and I liked I was able to work from, there was also opportunities to change teams and you always get lots of training and education."

"You just need to be good at written test."

"The salary is really low compared with other places in the market."

"There is lack of contact with employees, we are another number in the company."
