"Worked for IBM fresh out of college. The management team placed large amount of trust in my ability to deliver and provided me with large opportunity to improve, for which I am very thankful. However, due to the overall IT sector landscape, IBM is in a state of transition between business models, and my business unit is the target for most restructuring and layoffs. Resulting in much uncertainty for my fellow co-workers."

"Been working at IBM for 27+ years, not the same as when I was hired. Demoralizing, constantly fearing Resource Actions, and so much cost cutting that you cannot get anything done. All skills in the company are gone so just finding anyone that knows what's needed to get their jobs done is nearly impossible. Only focus is on 2015 roadmap (stock prices), respect for the individual is gone."
