"I have worked for IBM for 2 years, overall my coworkers are great and I feel proud to say I work here. The upward mobility for career development makes it difficult to want to stay."
"IBM retaliated against me for taking FMLA leave, beware!! The moment I returned from FMLA leave due to a disability, I was retaliated against by a VP. I contacted HR on two different occasions, and they did nothing. I ended up having to contact the EEOC and they have given me permission to sue IBM due to them retaliating against me for taking FMLA leave. If you have a disability, don’t expect this company to honor protected FMLA leave even though it’s against the law if they treat you the same way they did me."
"I worked for a great business unit in IBM and loved every moment!"
"I found the internal training to be the best around. Career development is entirely u to the individual, with some push from management. Many opportunities exist withing the company, but if your project is deprecated and you haven't already been placed to a new team, you will be gone."
"I 've worked for At&t wifi over 8 yrs and liked it very much until they decided to sell whole IT to IBM ."
"I am working as System Analysts in IBM since May 2015."
"Great roadmap for company"
"Amazing company to work with. It was a pleasure to be a part of such a nice and employee oriented company. Would love to join back ."
"good company but a little bit slow pace."
"I've worked for IBM for 4 months and I'm not happy with the company. I will say that it is a very relaxed environment but it's extremely unorganized."
