"I worked for IBM for 2 years after the company acquired our department from another large corporation. While they initially made promises that we would be able to integrate into the company and have opportunities to excel and grow, it soon became clear that they were not interested in the people that were acquired, only the customers and technology. It is a shame that IBM allowed a great resource of knowledge and talent go to waste."

"I am a leader with experience in Software QA Project and Resource Management. I have a total experience of 16 years in software development and implementation. I have lead and managed Software QA teams for last 8 years. I have been recognized for my skills leadership, people and team development. I have earned my reputation as organized, problem solver, quick thinker, excellent team player and a leader with very good communication skills. With my current employer, I am responsible for leading QA Team resources based locally and remote (near shore and offshore). This responsibility includes allocation of resources for different project and task management. I am also responsible for people development and performance management. I have built up a reputation for driving process improvements and determining strategies for different types of testing(functional, integration, regression and UAT). I am also responsible for certification, verification, releases, and customer technical supports. In addition to this I have a flexible approach to things and am comfortable with adjusting priorities and realigning resources to manage unexpected changes. Please contact me if you feel I am a suitable candidate for your position. I would love opportunity to know more about this position and also discuss my experience for this position."
