"Very casual atmosphere to work in and the companyhas a lot of culture built up around its philosophy of saving lives. Play this up as being important along with project management skills which are sorely needed there."

What don't you like about working at IBA Molecular?

"Sr. Mgt. Team turnover was very high and this causes constant shifts in direction and business culture which can cause a lot of frustration."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better understand the regulatory environment that goes with producing radiopharmacy drugs and medical devices. Better project management and planning are also needed."
