"IBA Group is an excellent employer."
"I have worked for this company for over 6 yrs. I used to look forward to my job each day, not so now. Over the last two years our benefits have have been cut equaling over 10% off of my base base pay. The workload and hours have become unbearable. Now the workload is getting even worse."

"Unless you're starving to death, don't waste your time. Interview elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at IBA Molecular?
"No advancement opportunities. They'll hire some stranger off the street before they move up people who've been with them for years. Benefits eat up half your paycheck. They can't compete with other companies who make the same products, so they lost most of their accounts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more competitive in the marketplace. Promote from within. Hire some marketing staff that will actually make some sales and build business. Learn how to do P&L. Top line is sales. When your top line is bigger, chances are so is your bottom line because your sales will cover your costs. It's not a difficult concept to grasp."

"Make sure you negotiate days off and have a high salary requirement."

"The long hours were really bad. Numerous times I had to stay to 5 AM to finish major projects that were given quick deadlines."

"Fix the human resource problems. Employee are looking for employers who offer great benefits and more days off."

"Very casual atmosphere to work in and the companyhas a lot of culture built up around its philosophy of saving lives. Play this up as being important along with project management skills which are sorely needed there."

"Sr. Mgt. Team turnover was very high and this causes constant shifts in direction and business culture which can cause a lot of frustration."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better understand the regulatory environment that goes with producing radiopharmacy drugs and medical devices. Better project management and planning are also needed."
