"I really enjoy my job and I love when a patient that has been there a while tells me that they're happy to see me. I love making their days a little better just by listening and talking to them. I wish that my department showed more appreciation for their employees through the pay. We provide more than the obvious service of cleaning patients' rooms. I feel we should receive a more fair increase in pay that matches the amount of work we do."
