"Excellent training, products and clients. Some very good Regional Sales Managers in the field who assisted in your success."

"It was filled with a good old boy' philosophy with an unfair playing field. Sexual harassment was ignored and one top NE Manager was allowed to publicly and privately bully and intimidate the sales force resulting in a hostile work environment. Employment standards were bias at times dependent on your gender, and personal likes (not professional) by your supervisor."

"The Corporate Office should listen more directly to the field personnel for true honest feedback. Greater supervision should be given over top managers that abuse their powers. and/or turn their heads to unfair or illegal practices."

"The Hunter Douglas plant in Fort Lauderdale was very small, therefore, the growth opportunity was very limited"

"The products were the standard bearer. Hunter Douglas is a wonderfully marketed company, their reputation is well known in the dealer base and with consumers."
