There is a big learning curve when it comes to the product but there are tons of resources to help fill that gap. My manager made it a great place to work, I got amazing work experience and had the opportunity to learn/improve upon a lot of skills in my field. The environment isn't as diverse as I would've liked but the people on my team were great to work with."

"It wasnt quite right for my career path. I wanted to go more for IT sales and needed to transition out of a pure engineer role. Not a Hunter Douglas fault."

"I think that they have reinvestigated comprable salarys and made appropiate adjustments."
