"I worked at Hunter Douglas for a little over a year and my overall experience was really good. There is a big learning curve when it comes to the product but there are tons of resources to help fill that gap. My manager made it a great place to work, I got amazing work experience and had the opportunity to learn/improve upon a lot of skills in my field. The environment isn't as diverse as I would've liked but the people on my team were great to work with."

"I worked at Hunter Douglas from July 2018 to March 2019. Work was monotonous and not very challenging. The only benefit was the pay."

"I've worked for Hunter Douglas Architectural for the past 9+ years. The company provides quality window coverings for the commercial market. We were able to secure large projects for Google, Amazon, and the Army Corps of Engineers to name a few."

"Hunter Douglas was an excellent company to work for. I was released only because they had to eliminate my position because the credit department was being out-sourced."

"Good Old Boys Management"

What do you like about working at Hunter Douglas?

"Excellent training, products and clients. Some very good Regional Sales Managers in the field who assisted in your success."

What don't you like about working at Hunter Douglas?

"It was filled with a good old boy' philosophy with an unfair playing field. Sexual harassment was ignored and one top NE Manager was allowed to publicly and privately bully and intimidate the sales force resulting in a hostile work environment. Employment standards were bias at times dependent on your gender, and personal likes (not professional) by your supervisor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Corporate Office should listen more directly to the field personnel for true honest feedback. Greater supervision should be given over top managers that abuse their powers. and/or turn their heads to unfair or illegal practices."
