"I enjoyed the position that I had and the people I worked with. Management chose to replace me with a woman because that was what the senior engineer wanted."

"Don't bother working for this place unless you need the money. If the management wants to get rid of you they will find a way to get rid of you."

What don't you like about working at Hubbell?

"They seem to use people to get what they want from them. I now know why the person before me left this company shortly after I was hired . He was afraid that I was his replacement"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you keep treating your employees they way you do no one will stay with you very long. They will stay until they can find something better."
