"Great place to work for anyone"
"I worked in this company for 19+ years. I liked my job and the people I worked with. It is an established company with a long history and solid products. The company offers good benefits and tuition reimbursement. The opportunity to grow could be improved and some adjustment for retention of young talents would be a plus. Overall it is a good company."
"Working for Hubbell Inc these past 10 years has been a great experience. The organization focuses on customer satisfaction and strong relationships with its suppliers to provide high quality products at a competitive price. Hubbell is an international company with locations through out the globe."
"Fantastic atmosphere, but layoffs can create unneeded stress."
"Current location is a good place to work."
"I have been with Hubbell Power Systems as of November 2017 as their Continuous Improvement Engineer. The company acquired my onsite location, RFL Electronics in late 2015. Throughout my tenure the business unit has transitioned many product lines to our location. The business unit is remotely managed as well as myself. I have found it difficult to get results from offsite support. I have managed to go above and beyond for the business unit to ensure product quality across each product line. I have been successful with managing a team to my own agenda which is for the benefit of the company. I believe my ideas and passion for sharing and obtaining knowledge has been appreciated and have been considered of value by top management, but I have been fearful of the lack of advancement opportunities in my 3-5 year plan."
"I worked for Hubbell for almost 3 years. The supply chain group was tight, and we got an amazing amount of work done. The company does $3M+/month, with 100% of orders being engineered to order and built to order."
