Leasing Consultant

"I really enjoyed working there. The people are really nice and helpful!"

What do you like about working at Hubbard Bowers?

"I actually enjoyed coming to work everyday. Though I did not get paid by the hour, the atmosphere was worth it! Everyone welcomes you with open arms!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just go in there and be yourself. Try not to get to comfortable because then you will not ever make money. Don't rely on this permanently because it's not much growth happening here. It's perfect for a temporary or supplemental job ONLY!"

What don't you like about working at Hubbard Bowers?

"I did not like how the broker in charge ran the company. Honestly she does not need that title and should just be a leasing agent. She can be very selfish at times and will throw anyone in her way under the bus. She comes of nice but eventually you will see her for what she really is! Also I hated not getting paid hourly. If you have a second income than this is a perfect job but if you live alone than this is not consistent pay because it's commission only and you could work for weeks before you ever get a paycheck!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well first off the owner needs to hire a more competent broker in charge. There were so many complaints about her while I was there and how slack she is at responding to owner's. She's very money hungry and will knock down whoever stands in her way! Also this company should consider an hourly wage for leasing consultants. They use their own transportation and gas daily and only get $200 per house they lease ($171.00 after taxes!)"

PR Coordinator

"Excellent PR experience came from this position"

What do you like about working at Hubbard Bowers?

"I very much enjoyed my position and my daily tasks. I picked up new tasks weekly and always added onto my workload in a fun, positive way. I had a lot of creative freedom at this company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Always stand up for yourself, because your boss will cut you down."

What don't you like about working at Hubbard Bowers?

"The Broker in Charge was completely unprofessional and incompetent to hold the position. Too difficult to assist, never on time, never organized enough to have priorities in order at a management position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strict, overbearing management is not always a positive thing to hire, especially in a hospitality environment. The best management a property team can have is much more compassionate and courteous to others. I would have loved to see management improvements in the company rather than unnecesary promotions."
