"TO GIVE BE OPENED MINDED WITH CAREER ADVANCEMENTS/PROMOTIONS AND PROJECTS, SOME DEPT MGRS WERE FAVORABLE TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES UNLESS YOU WERE AN AGRESSIVE EMPLOYEE THAT REALLY SAUGHT OUT TO BE IN THE POSITIONS YOU WANTED TO BE IN (I WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND MY MANAGER(S) KNEW WHAT AND WHERE I WANTED TO BE IN THE COMPANY)."

"I enjoyed working at HSBC, because it was a challenge and I am always up for a challenge. Their was a lot to learn and the management was flexible."

"I did not like the hours. Having to work almost every week-end interfeared with church and volunteer work that I do with other organizations."

"My suggestion for management would be to talk with your employees and understand their wants and needs. This will help you have a more productive staff if you can realize ther goals and work together to achieve the end results."
