H.S. Die & Engineering Employee

"I worked for H.S. Die for over 10 years. This is a sinking ship and the "leaders" are steering it to the bottom of the sea while the owner is spun in circles with the lies she is told every day."

Machinist

"As far as benefits, it is a great place to work. There is a massive bias within the company and to move up the ladder to a good position such as: engineer, programming, or management. You either have to know the Steel family or have some sort of connection within the higher ranks. They are awful with pay raises and want to keep the young workers' wages as low as possible for as long as possible. I had to go remind them I need a raise four months after I was promoted to machinist."
