HR representatives work in human resources. They are usually a sounding board for employees of a large business. Some will study psychology, as well, to get more insights into the human psyche. This field does not have one specific educational requirement.
Career Path: An HR representative should start by getting the best education possible. This field remains competitive and people who get jobs typically do so because they have the top training. Job seekers should consider whether an internship might be the best move, since this is the way that most people break into the field.
