What don't you like about working at H&R Block?

"As income started to fall, the focus on rewarding top employees became a thing of the past. People became petty, always trying to justify their position before the layoffs started. I decided to leave before the ship went down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company closed approximately a year after I left for a new position."
