"H&R Block has excellent training, practical and specific to preparing income tax returns. I have a lot of education but it's more theoretical while working at H&R Block has really taught me how to prepare taxes."

"This company is quick to fire without good reason after you have worked long, long hours and accomplished their immediate need. Managers tend to blame workers to save their jobs... and get away with it. This is the only company I would never work for again. Also, the management I worked for was very sexist. All females were let go."

"Hire managers that actually know their worker's skill."
