"HostGator is a job. Unless you're a friend of upper management, do not expect to make it a career. It's a bit of a club, and you are set if you're part of the club.They do, however, train up a lot of people who don't start with much experience which is a definite plus. If you have skills and experience, there's not necessarily much room for growth."
