3.8I have worked at Hospira for 3 1/2 years. The company has been strong in trying to be customer oriented and promote a quality product. Keeping employees better involved and promote team building would further decrease turnover but create a system that would reduce error and increase productivity.
2.7Hospira would be a great place to work, however the management personnel are liars and will do anything to get their way regardless of how many people they crawl over to get it. Celeste in particular is the head witch who in my opinion should be sent to prison. People are getting physically damaged due to the forced shoe policy and many others are treated with overt disrespect. You say anything to raise a red flag and they will lie, cheat and steal to get you gone!
3Prior to hiring new employees have a plan for what job they are going to be doing. Also, educate HR more on the position or be available yourself for any questions after the offer letter is sent.
