"Honeywell Aerospace is a machine run to maximize shareholder return. Upper, corporate level, management has little interest in employee retention, improving products, or long term customer satisfaction. With the change over of CEO's the company direction appears to change every six months. The good part is the individual sites have some autonomy and a good position can be found, when insulated from the upper level management. The products are good, the people are good, the work environment is safe and clean."
