"It is mainly for younger people and as I grew up I learned that I had out grown the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest changing the amount of emplyees that each location has. Currently they try to have around 100 people employed at each store in order to have fresh faces in the store at all times. I believe this can be accomplished with half that amount and they would be able to get rid of a great deal of bad employees."

"The management had favorites, and they don't believe in proper training. The tend to train as you go which only allows confusion and misunderstandings to come up"
