What don't you like about working at Hollister?

"It is mainly for younger people and as I grew up I learned that I had out grown the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest changing the amount of emplyees that each location has. Currently they try to have around 100 people employed at each store in order to have fresh faces in the store at all times. I believe this can be accomplished with half that amount and they would be able to get rid of a great deal of bad employees."

"I got a discount on my clothes from there."

"They did not give me many hours."

"To give more hours."

"I found Hollister Co. to be full of cliches and stereotypes; some managers supported these and others did not."

"Glass ceiling, difficult to advance in the company."

"Leadership, not taking ownership of company and ones actions. Being a team player and highly organized."

"The management had favorites, and they don't believe in proper training. The tend to train as you go which only allows confusion and misunderstandings to come up"

"To organize a better training program and to act more professional"
