"Up front and straight to the point in order to obtain information needed"

What do you like about working at Holiday Inn?

"I liked the customers and different faces and personalities I would encounter on a day to day basis."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"A great tip to ALL in the hospitality and customer service industry is to be humble, outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and always SMILE. Remember you may be the first person the customer sees and that can make their stay memorable or not. Plus, I find a nice smile may increases your tips and the customer will remember you and be more inclined to be kind to you."

What don't you like about working at Holiday Inn?

"Working at the Holiday Inn was a wonderful experience while attending High School there was not too much not to like except maybe the late night orders we where required to stay for if the airline attendance or captains wanted to order from the kitchen late night."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Looking back, I would offer advice to management such as accommodate city events much more as it was a market unsolicited. The Holiday Inn now the Hilton was in the heart of the city next to the Dunkin Donut Center and Convention center. Management could have done more to draw in business after the events which would increase revenue and reduce cost. What they could have made in one good night would have paid for the wait staffs weekly salary."
