"The staff worked very well together. The hotel underwent a physical rehabilitation and key staffing changes and we really had great service and great profits."

"Certain key managers moved on and my income reached a ceiling at that time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you tell an employee that they have earned a bonus, you should pay that employee a bonus."

"Former GM held property back. This is no longer an issue. Great place!"

"Learning new skills, working with multiple food and beverage outlets, supervisor and being able to mentor other departments to become interested in accounting and build new skills."

"Great place to live, although hard with children, more of a retirement community unless you chose to commute to other cities. Great place to work and lots of room for growth."

"Unable to access all required and necessary information to perform my job to the my best ability."

"A Controller must have access to payroll figures in order to build budgets, forecasts and financial statement review and critiques of such statements."
