"Very little help from management in regards to stepping in to help, staffing correctly, understanding both guest and employee needs. The overall goal is simply to make the most money and if we offend anyone along the way, oh well. Lack of hospitality for the most part."

"I would have a lot more involvement in the normal day to day operations of the hotel instead of just making a plan and not thinking it through."

"Unfavorable conditions included: people who did not understand my position and the tools I needed to be successful; the atmosphere was all about work, work, work and more work with no time for family; funds were not available."
