"Be prepared to get frustrated on a daily basis by the lack of support and management."

What don't you like about working at Hilton Garden Inn?

"Very little help from management in regards to stepping in to help, staffing correctly, understanding both guest and employee needs. The overall goal is simply to make the most money and if we offend anyone along the way, oh well. Lack of hospitality for the most part."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have a lot more involvement in the normal day to day operations of the hotel instead of just making a plan and not thinking it through."
