"The company has the potential to be a great workplace. Leadership is a weakness though. They are numbers driven and despite saying they want process improvement they fail to take the time to define and improve the processes thus falling back into the same poor habits. Expectations are high and people are quick to point a finger when a process fails instead of trying to determine the root cause and fixing it."
