They are numbers driven and despite saying they want process improvement they fail to take the time to define and improve the processes thus falling back into the same poor habits. Expectations are high and people are quick to point a finger when a process fails instead of trying to determine the root cause and fixing it."

"It is a high stress, high speed production environment so don't be surprised. I have seen engineers quit after orientation. I loved everything but the pay, but thats the norm anywhere you go."

"80hr work weeks. No chance for advancement."

I don't mean like them have their way on everything but to hear what the person who has hands on with the actual work.There is a constant push on production and not enough how are you doingThe employees are in constant fear of being written up for something or afraid to make a mistake."

"Through the first years it was great, but then many changes started to take place and their was many uncertainties along with internal problems"
