"Manager was flexible in allowing employees to take appointments during daytime."

"The complex nature of the work. One program could have 10000 lines of code. One mainframe job could have 50 programs. One computer system could have 300 jobs. As a systems programmer, you had to be able to know it all."

"Put doors on cubicles."

"Although the company has grown very large, there are still a lot of people that have worked there for many years which makes the office feel like a second family."

"I spent 9 years with Davis Vision and am currently employeed with the company. When I started with the company, it was small and there was room for advancement. The company was also one which was founded on the theme recognize and reward. Unfortunately, the company has become so big, it is difficult to stand out. Also, the new upper management in place does not know me or know what I've done in the past 9 years there."
