What do you like about working at Highmark?

"Although the company has grown very large, there are still a lot of people that have worked there for many years which makes the office feel like a second family."

What don't you like about working at Highmark?

"I spent 9 years with Davis Vision and am currently employeed with the company. When I started with the company, it was small and there was room for advancement. The company was also one which was founded on the theme recognize and reward. Unfortunately, the company has become so big, it is difficult to stand out. Also, the new upper management in place does not know me or know what I've done in the past 9 years there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recognize and reward those who have helped the company become successful"

"There were always new queues to learn to increase knowledge and challenges."

What don't you like about working at Highmark?

"The computer software system they were using was outdated, difficult to learn/understand, and was not very user-friendly."

"Update the computer software used."
