What don't you like about working at Highmark?
"working Trunk shows on Saturdays, accounts that do not understand the importance of what I do, for example pulling the trigger on orders, making follow up appts, not understanding that this is a job for me, not just stopping in to say hi"

"I would develop more programs with accounts in mind to boost sales in various areas"

"The benefits are great! The hours are not too bad."

"Hard work is not necessarily recognized. You must be a driven person who doesn't require pats on the back."

"The leadership is desperately lacking and the leaders are severely out of touch with the needs of the employees. They are narrow minded and focused on numbers which is ironic since our department is people driven."

"Within our department, we desperately need great leadership. I would work towards strengthening the leaders, otherwise nothing will change."

"Take the time to learn exactly what your employees do and share feedback once in a while."
