"working Trunk shows on Saturdays, accounts that do not understand the importance of what I do, for example pulling the trigger on orders, making follow up appts, not understanding that this is a job for me, not just stopping in to say hi"

"The leadership is desperately lacking and the leaders are severely out of touch with the needs of the employees. They are narrow minded and focused on numbers which is ironic since our department is people driven."

"Within our department, we desperately need great leadership. I would work towards strengthening the leaders, otherwise nothing will change."
