"Sales department always made promises that our service department would have to fix."

"More transparency on what goes on in management would be helpful to better navigate what was needed to be done on the service side."

"I worked at Henry Schein for close to 8 months. It is a great big company for long term growth but is overloaded with different suppliers. I like to call Henry Schein the Walmart of Dental supplies. There are so many options that you end up selecting what gives you most profit or commision. The company needs to choose fewer suppliers and help sales rep become more well taught in each instead of choosing randomly."
