What do you like about working at Convergys?
"my colleagues were good group of people and my manager who left the company much soon than I leave the division we were working in"

"no, everyone is free to try and find out for themselves. they may like it that way"
What don't you like about working at Convergys?
"favoritism on selecting managers ( it was based on the relationship than qualification)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"company could even advance more if the management selection was based on qualifications than relationship"
What do you like about working at Jackson Hewitt?
"I loved helping our customers in the field and if I didn't have an answer I could easily grab a manager to help."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's helpful to know how to setup a network printer and troubleshooting computer operations. Maybe you're good at taxes, that's a plus; there is also a section for tax specific questions. Their software is proprietary and you'll get about two week of training before you're live on the floor. It can be very demanding at times but ultimately rewarding."
What don't you like about working at Jackson Hewitt?
"For the most part the people on the phone were very pleasant considering they're pretty frustrated with the computer program. I've had a few calls in the past that weren't very nice. At least you can document everything in the case."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is not much to change in my opinion. The proprietary software was always being upgraded to meet the demands and laws of the IRS."

"The people. The employees of the company is its strength."

"Have a car. Be yourself. The culture at PSE thrives on personality."

"The Commute. Moving IT offices twice in 14 months was incredibly difficult on the commute."

"Increase opportunities for employees to move upward within company. Allow workers to telecommute"
