"Everything. President of the company has many sexual harassment cases against him and is protected by the company. Also HR Manager is the daughter of the company, and the HR supervisor hired her daughter as an assistant, nothing gets done and is unfair."

"To all quit."

What do you like about working at IBM?
"I like the fact that they are one of the top companies in the computer industry. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn new things and gain experience that I could use in the future."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"The turnover ratio. The group of employees that I worked with on the Michelin account had already been released once. They were brought back to create the support team that we were a part of. In the two years that I worked there, the jobs were outsourced again to India. Our pay was cut within the first year of working but we were constantly training and coaching the level 1 representatives that were to take over."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think my direct management team did a great job. They were exceptional in training and helping us with any issues that occurred."

"The company gave me chance and allowed me to gain some experience in help desk support"

What do you like about working at Cablevision?
"It was the most stressful, unsatisfying job I ever had, the co-workers are great but the customers and management are terrible and rude and obnoxious, but it is good experience if you can put up with everything else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To actually promote people based on their work, and not on how much a supervisor likes someone. I saw many promotions of people who were unqualified move up b/c they were liked by someone."
