"I was allowed to grow into my role on a Desktop Support Technician. I was given much exposure to Blackberry Support, PC deployment and Re-imaging using Norton Ghost."

"The team two others I worked with on the Help Desk was layed off, I then became a one Woman Help Desk which was very challenging."

"Compensation should always accomodate the work performance."

"I was never given a real job to do and was pushed off into meaningless babysitting roles"

What do you like about working at CNSI?
"The duties and environment were wonderful. The people I worked with up to the direct supervisory level were great. The training was less than perfect but they did the best they could. It felt rushed and off the cuff."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is wonderful, the job is great, and the department manager is nice but the stress generated by the, sometimes, non-professional chaotic atmosphere and the periodic intolerance of the floor supervisor is less than comfortable. Be aware of the clique favoritism type atmosphere going in."
What don't you like about working at CNSI?
"The floor supervisor was extremely hostile toward me and I got the impression that he had a personal dislike for me that he allowed to control professional requirements and expectations for me. He was a taskmaster toward me overemphasizing the speed in which I did my job while allowing rampant horseplay within the department between he and his friends including the throwing of foreign objects between work spaces. He was rather sophomoric and bullying."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A change in the floor supervisor and less emphasis on call completion times for trainees until the end of the first six months to allow them time to adapt to their environment and their routine."

"Working at CCI was great because I got to work at IBM and the setting there taught me a lot and gives you a lot of credibility on your resume."

"Great place to work if you need money and are looking for something to put on your resume."

"You're basically a number. They expect a certain amount of turnover and kind of just plan for it. They assume people will leave after a short period of time and don't really let people plant their feet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was offsite and basically uninvolved. Aside from a few emails, phone calls and a once a month visit, we basically policed ourselves."
