"I have worked for New York Life through APAC Customer Service for a few years now. My learning experience has been awesome. I learned easily to do my job with a very high level of skill, thanks to the teamwork among my coworkers. I have had a hard time moving up in the company though. The team leaders tend to play favorites regardless of a skill level or who have gone above and beyond. It's a great entry point but not good for advancement within the company."
