"Hella is a large old German ran company. The pay and benefits are very good but there is a lot of bureaucratic issues and everyone works in silos. If you are in management, expect to have several managers that don't communicate with each other. While Hella has some of the best products around, their internal IT systems are a nightmare and turnover is pretty high."

"n/a......................."
"I've worked for Hella Electronics since January 2012, and have found that they are a strong company. They are growing in the number of products that they are developing. Hella is currently attempting to export a number of engineering activities outside the country. They are currently building a large number of systems engineers, but not software or hardware engineering in their Plymouth location."
