"The worst experience of my professional career! In the past two years, the design region has experienced 100% turnover with its marketing staff and is currently experiencing significant turnover region wide. This is due solely to the tyrannical, micro-managing, director of design. He is coercive and abusive toward subordinates. This accounts for the exodus of top talent within the firm in the last six months. If you are applying for a position in the Atlanta Design region... steer clear. What was once a reputable stable firm has become a case study of a declining organization with worst case management."
