"Enjoyed the industry. Coworkers get along well. Owners and family are very good and considerate people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This could be the last job you ever have. A lot of long-term employees there. The newer management might change that tradition, however. A lot of turnaround under the newer directors. (sales and marketing) Marketing assistants are replaced anually. (ask anyone)"

"Management not qualified to lead or have no interest or knowledge of the product."
