"Avoid them! Or at least go in with your eyes open and realize what they are like."

What don't you like about working at Health Information Partners?

"I was told that I would have 40 hours of work every week, but there were several weeks that I only had 20-30 hours. I had also requested that work be put into my queue by 8:00 am (EST) so that I could get my day started, but most days I didn't have work until 11:00 or so which meant I didn't get finished until 7:00 which meant I didn't have much time for family activities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a staff that is organized and put the consultant's needs above their own."
