"I am working in HCSC and it is also called Blue cross Blue Shield. The company is the Head quaters for IL,TX,MT,NM and OK. It serves in 5 states. The major thing I am impressed about the company is it is a not for profit organization and spend the profits on customers by decreasing the premiums and provides bonus for employers and other charitable works. "Beware of HCSC. Old time IT organization. Worst of Govt. + worst of Corporate America. Have a pension which is great but no guarantee of getting it in 20 yrs. Bonus is the golden handcuffs that keeps all the ITG people here. They had to raise salary ranges cause no one wanted to make so little, but neglected to raise the current employees ranges. Whoops Once the great bonus is a great memory, then the smart people will leave. All that will be left is the unemployables + a slew of consultants."
