"The company is a 40 year old entity and has a strong relationship with CMS contracts. HCE has a lot of potential, and has a qualified staff to take their business to the next level, but lacks the right leadership to get them there. HCE has a large employee turnover based on this lack of leadership and the average years of service for the employees is two years.
