Health Care Excel Employee

"The company is a 40 year old entity and has a strong relationship with CMS contracts. HCE has a lot of potential, and has a qualified staff to take their business to the next level, but lacks the right leadership to get them there. HCE has a large employee turnover based on this lack of leadership and the average years of service for the employees is two years. The one area where they do well is in compensation, but they lack any flexibility that are found in other positions in larger companies."
